Janejira “Luv” Kamonsawedkun is the Founder of FABB Academy of Coffee, a leading specialty coffee academy in Bangkok, Thailand, providing professional coffee education, SCA training and coffee business consulting.
With over three decades of experience in hospitality, entrepreneurship, fashion, fine dining and coffee, Luv brings together creativity, technical expertise and practical business experience.
As the first Authorized Specialty Coffee Trainer (AST) in Thailand and the first female AST in Southeast Asia, she has played an important role in the development of professional coffee education, mentoring baristas, coffee professionals and entrepreneurs from Thailand and abroad.
Under her leadership, FABB has grown beyond a coffee school into an integrated platform for specialty coffee education, coffee roasting, professional equipment, HORECA & OEM solutions, F&B hospitality and coffee business consulting.
Her strength lies in translating coffee knowledge into practical, sustainable business solutions from professional training and menu development to café, roastery and hospitality concepts.

FABB Academy of Coffee began in 1995 as FABB Fashion Café, a unique combination of fashion boutique, coffee shop, and internet café. What started as a passion for coffee has grown into an institution dedicated to world-class coffee education and professional training for baristas and coffee enthusiasts.
Now FABB AOC is proud to be Thailand’s first dedicated coffee education institution, with a legacy of more than 30 years in developing professionals for the coffee industry.
