XT’s Weight System converts water flow into grams with accuracy, eliminating the need for scales. This system ensures perfect dosing by recording the quantity of water and the gram dosage of the espresso, making programming the dosing buttons straightforward.

Each group on the XT is monitored by an updated PID system that regulates temperature with precision, ensuring stability. Each group operates independently, displaying real-time brewing variables, enabling baristas to customize settings for different coffee origins.

XT benefits from the Milk Control System (MCS) and Grinder Control System (GCS). MCS ensures perfect milk frothing at the touch of a button, while GCS connects to up to three hoppers, automatically adjusting grind size to maintain consistent extraction throughout the day.
