Born in Thailand, I started my journey by running a fashion house in Bangkok. This enabled me to travel to a wide range of places. One day, I found myself in Florence, Italy. I came across a charming roastery & cafe. It was there that I tasted the most delectable coffee in my life. Right at that moment, I decided that I want to design, build, and operate a coffee shop of my own.

Today, I am running the FABB Academy of Coffee. We bring invaluable knowledge and skills training to baristas and coffee lovers in Thailand. We provide top-caliber facilities and equipment for all of our students. The FABBAOC project is at the forefront of developing, improving, and innovating the coffee scene in Thailand.
